Day program or residential program
If you experience feelings of anxiety or panic attacks which create difficulties in your life, you will benefit from attending our Anxiety and Panic Treatment program.
If you suffer from post traumatic stress disorder, this program will also benefit you.
The key elements of this program are:
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy: teaching you how to adjust the thought patterns which contribute to your anxious feelings.
- Learning and practising a variety of ways you can reduce your stress levels. These include nutrition, art therapy, exercise, leisure and music therapy.
- Non-confrontational, feelings-based group therapy in a small group. This is a good way for you to feel supported while you are learning to make changes.
The program is conducted in a relaxed atmosphere by a variety of clinical staff.
