Conditions of Entry – COVID-19
As of 6 August 2021, all visitors need to wear a mask. This includes our day and out-patients who participate in any of our programs.
To ensure your safety, our staff will be wearing masks at all times.
Please bring a mask with you when you attend either our Rokeby or Collins Street sites.
All visitors are required to use the Tas Check In App.
If you have cold or flu symptoms, you will be required to get a covid-19 test with a negative result before being permitted to enter the Clinic. Please call the Public Health hotline on 1800 671 738 or go to the Public Health website..
