Eating Disorders

Butterfly Foundation

Runs support groups for people 18 years and over who have an eating disorder and have taken the first steps to recovery. Focus is not on treatment but support through drawing upon resources and skills of others. The Hobart recovery meetings are held twice a month. There is also a family & friends support group

Taz Kids Club

An Anglicare service, Taz Kidz Clubs provides support to children aged between 7 and 17 years whose parents have a mental illness. The Clubs run after school for eight weeks and are designed to provide support and education about mental illness through a variety of creative and artistic projects. ‘Champs Camps’ are run during the school holidays.
